56phsky Terms & Conditions — User Agreement for Filipino Players

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 56phsky platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, betting services, promotions, and support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 56phsky Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 56phsky platform. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 56phsky with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements, whether oral or written.

To register and maintain a 56phsky account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not located in, or accessing 56phsky from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any gambling ban imposed by a regulatory authority;
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of 56phsky or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors where such participation creates a conflict of interest;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a proxy, agent, or representative for any third party.

56phsky reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above eligibility criteria at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and date-of-birth documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active 56phsky account. The existence of multiple accounts — whether registered under the same identity, same IP address, same device, same payment method, or same household — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balance therein, and cancellation of any pending withdrawals.

When registering a 56phsky account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

56phsky operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. All accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or voter's ID), a recent proof of address, and where required, documentation of payment method ownership.

56phsky reserves the right to suspend account activity, including deposits and withdrawals, pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail verification may be permanently closed with any remaining balance returned to the registered payment method after deduction of applicable processing fees.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 56phsky login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your 56phsky account — whether authorized by you or carried out by a third party who has gained access to your credentials — is your sole responsibility. 56phsky shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify 56phsky immediately via the live chat support function. 56phsky may temporarily suspend your account pending a security review.

All transactions on the 56phsky platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 56phsky accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits as published on the platform.

The minimum deposit via GCash or PayMaya is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by 56phsky at any time without prior notice, except to the extent that such adjustment affects transactions already initiated.

• All funds deposited to 56phsky must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• 56phsky does not accept cash deposits or payments via informal remittance channels.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 56phsky is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• 56phsky employs transaction monitoring systems to detect unusual deposit activity. 56phsky reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited where such monitoring identifies unusual patterns.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you, are not derived from illegal activity, and are being used for personal entertainment purposes only.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified 56phsky account holders at any time, subject to the following conditions and processing timelines:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may request up to one withdrawal of up to ₱5,000 subject to standard identity checks; all subsequent withdrawals require full KYC completion.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. 56phsky reserves the right to designate an alternative withdrawal channel in cases where the original method is unavailable.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are published on the 56phsky cashier page and may be adjusted periodically.
• Bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until those requirements are fully satisfied.

56phsky reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of AML checks, fraud investigations, or KYC verification. In the event of a suspected fraudulent transaction, account security breach, or regulatory hold, 56phsky may freeze withdrawal processing and notify the account holder accordingly.

56phsky offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are governed by these Terms & Conditions as well as the specific terms published for each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before withdrawal is unlocked. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ₱20,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and table games may carry different contribution percentages as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of activation. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional structures — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All games available on 56phsky — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, e-sabong, fishing games, and dice games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or governed by independently verifiable live game mechanics. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term statistical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to your account. 56phsky shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of technical disruptions attributable to your internet connection, device performance, or third-party network conditions.

56phsky reserves the right to void any bet or transaction where a system error, incorrect odds, or data feed failure has resulted in manifestly incorrect game outcomes or pricing. In such cases, 56phsky will notify affected players and process any applicable refunds within a reasonable timeframe.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 56phsky platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with, or exploit the 56phsky platform or any of its games;
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or through proxies, associates, or third-party identities;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip-dumping, coordinated betting, or information-sharing in live dealer environments;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including proceeds of fraud, theft, or money laundering;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned;
• Abusing the 56phsky bonus and promotion system through duplicate account creation, structured wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, or any other form of bonus fraud;
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 56phsky support staff or other users of the platform;
• Accessing the 56phsky platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law.

56phsky takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously and provides the following player-protection tools, accessible directly from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your gaming budget. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.

56phsky reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where gambling behavior consistent with problem gambling patterns is identified, including but not limited to chasing losses, rapidly increasing bet sizes, or requesting repeated limit increases in short intervals. 56phsky may contact the account holder to offer support resources before imposing such restrictions.

All content on the 56phsky platform — including but not limited to the 56phsky brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, audio, video, and the selection and arrangement of all platform content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 56phsky or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 56phsky platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 56phsky content or software without express prior written authorization from 56phsky.

Any unauthorized use of 56phsky intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 56phsky and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or inability to access the platform — arising from or in connection with your use of the 56phsky platform or these Terms, regardless of the theory of liability.

56phsky's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the 56phsky platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 56phsky account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

56phsky does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

56phsky collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a 56phsky account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

56phsky processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. 56phsky does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and licensed game providers where required by law or necessary for platform operation.

56phsky reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 56phsky will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where the changes are significant, will provide notice to registered account holders via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 56phsky platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via the live chat support function.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would result in the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the 56phsky platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting 56phsky customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate competent courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 56phsky from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief before any competent court where such relief is necessary to protect 56phsky's legitimate business interests or intellectual property rights.
